Refund Policy

At Effet Lumière, we want to ensure a satisfactory shopping experience.

Returns

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

The product must be:

• unused;
• in perfect condition;
• returned in its original packaging.

Damaged products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, attaching photographs of the product concerned.

After verification, a replacement or refund may be offered.

Ineligible products

The following cannot be returned:

• used products;
• products damaged after receipt;
• customized products;
• incomplete returned items.

Refund

Once the return is received and checked, the refund will be issued to the payment method used for the order.

Processing time is generally between 5 and 10 business days, depending on the banking institution.

Cancellation

Any cancellation request must be made as soon as possible.

If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must be subject to a return request.
